Snap Fitness was looking for a merchandise partner to create a range of bespoke, branded items to offer its EMEA estate (130+ clubs).
Snap Fitness wanted to provide further support to its franchisees by establishing a partnership to aid their internal and external marketing activities, as well as creating a retail offering to generate secondary income.
SOLUTION
A range of merchandise was designed and manufactured that includes bespoke padlocks, sports bottles, workout towels, shaker cups and lanyards. P81 also offers the ability for clubs to pair these items with a retail display stand, showcasing these gym essentials to customers.
P81 has developed a full B2B ordering system which enables franchisees or club teams to log on to the portal, view stock numbers and place orders as and when required.
RESULT
This provides the central Lift Brands EMEA support office team with full transparency on stock levels and ordering patterns from clubs. In turn, they can determine the most popular products to help influence future decisions and any additional product lines required.
